Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Our products typically take 3-7 business days to arrive after shipping, depending on your location. 1-3 business days for expedited shipping, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped to help you monitor your delivery.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes via standard shipping. Express and international shipping options may not be available for P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Delays
If your shipment is delayed, please note that we cannot be responsible for carrier-related delays, weather conditions, or issues related to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If you have questions about your shipment, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Social RiiZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and replacing the item if necessary.
